Sturdy
I have had a pulley system for lifting a drying reck into the top of my barn for years. I needed to make some changes to it as my needs had changed. These did the trick.

Excellent value for the money
Used on boat dock to support a cement weight affixed to a cleat on the boat. The pulley was affixed to a piling via an eye hook screwed into the piling; a rope was attached to a 4” PVC pipe filled with cement and a loop at the end attached to the cleat to prevent the boat from moving forward. The loop was attached to a cleat on the rear of the boat.

3mm line might be to small.
Its built sturdy. I picked these up for for hanging a dipole antenna. It looks to have a bushing in the wheel. Time will tell how long they hold up.Note: One of the 2 pulleys has enough room for 3mm rope to fit between the wheel and the frame. I originally tried to purchase 4mm which should not have been an issue but its hard to get things from Europe currently.I will try to block the line from going down in there.I purchased these based on weight capacity and design so, though it should be correct it is a little bit big for my line. I cannot discount the pulley for this, its meant for larger line.

Great Value!
I have used the galvanized version of this pully and after 5 years the wheel rusts out and ceases to spin thus wearing out the rope. This stainless block pully should last a lot more years. I've seen similar s/s pullies elsewhere costing $45 or more.
