Excellent
This is a great door lock! Exactly as pictured, nice finish, very heavy and sturdy. I wanted something to replace the old skeleton key style locks on a couple of our doors, you know the type, and my husband said it didn't exist in India. Ha! This is it! We did have to get the carpenter in to chip out the wood and make the openings slightly larger for the lock to fit, but it did fit! It looks good and is working great. This comes with good instructions and a template for the door. If you are replacing an existing lock and are at all handy, you can probably do this yourself.

Elegant Handle lock
Hello all, Extremely sturdy and elegant latch. Let me summarize my experience so it may help you:Pros:1) Elegant looking 2) Sturdy 3) Comes with 3 regular keys (no dimple) 4) The dead bolt is strong 5) Good price Rs 2200 6) Everything comes in an original box well packedCons:1) Too early really to tell 2) The keys could have been dimple style 3) I was disappointed initially as the seller sent me a different lock but Amazon promptly replaced with what I had ordered.Go for it. I put this one on the front wooden door. Good carpenter is required, don't put it on yourself unless qualified.

Poor quality product
Bought 2 set of locks for for new build house. The lock got stuck in the locked position and it is not unlocking by Turning the key or knob. Now I had to break the new teak wood door before housewarming to get rid of this lock.

Missing Parts
Received item with missing part, out 3 qtys ordered, 1 packet missing with square shank, dissapointed, first buy out from amazon india and as expected ....started with issues, i reported the issue and online response says they cannot replace the missing item but can replace as a whole lot.....Amazon certainly need to be careful on choosing their partner agents whether they follow all quality checks...i still keep 4 star because of the quality product and value for money

Easy installation.. Lock gives an elegant look and the lock works smooth as silk.. Sturdy and the lock is grt value for money

However the lock is good.
The is no free installation as described by the seller. I had to pay 350 rs to get the installation done by Godrej. However the lock is good.
