OneAssist 2 Year Protection Plan for Echo Dot (3rd Gen)

Even after submitting all the details (activation codes etc.) haven't received any confirmation yet. I am not even sure if my plan is activated or not. (24 hours + haven't received any confirmation email or SMS also). Now i ahve to go through hassle of chasing their customer care.

Tiz was bought wiz Alexa which I returned bcz of its efficiency.. donot understand how to apply refund of insurance primuum paid nor did amazon bothered to refund the amount .. pls help in getting insurance amt refunded

They will not give you any money if you claim

This product is so extensively used on daily basis that I felt it prudent to go for 2 years extended warranty. It's worth it.

With app it is difficult to activate... even details are not seen in the app also

They delay the process by asking you for documents photos and keep on reviewing your claim until you get fed up and leave the issue.
