Q: Can this Elan IR5 play amazon music as well as spotifiy?

It certainly can via Bluetooth from your phone etc. An excellent radio, good sound, well built good range of facilities for the price. As with all DAB's the problem is battery life, its best to buy re-chargeables.

Q: Can you get fm radio on this or any irish radio stations (not dab)

You can get FM as well as DAB. I'd wanted a radio that was compact but still able to offer reasonable quality output - and this has delivered. I doubt that I could get Irish radio stations on FM from here in Surrey.

Q: What’s the loudess like ? What wattage speakers ?

I find the volumes fine for the size of rooms I have. There is no distortion at low or high volume. According to Pure downloaded manual ( readily available on line) the speakers are rated at 2w.
