Exactly what I needed, good quality and value

Quite small but big enough and quite sturdy. The scalpel rusted quickly - thin and cheap. I've used the banneton successfully so overall worth buying.

Excellent value for money especially if you are just starting out with making your own sourdough bread. Make sure you coat with flour before use so the dough will pop out once it’s proved. The scoring tool is very useful and sharp and I like that it has a cover so storage is safe in a drawer.

This arrived promptly, of good quality. The liner is not well made, stitching unravelled in hand washing.

Really pleased with this set for my husbands burgeoning sourdough kit. Everything is as described and very good value.

The order arrived very speedily; thank you! The bowl scraper was NOT as pictured; it did not have curved edges which effectively makes it useless for scraping a bowl... this was disappointing. I have had to cut the edges and file it down to make it round. Everything else as advertised. I look forward to making bread with my new tools!

It's really tiny and not worth the price.

Bought this a while ago but am reviewing after some fair use.Banneton and linen are slightly smaller than expected but I can still use it. I use rice flour for dusting which rinses out of the linen well in cold water. The banneton just gets tapped and dusted out with a dry pastry brush.The stencils are coffee cup/cafe orientated so not really a useful addition to the kit. I thought they'd be larger and would look good on an oval loaf - but no. They're more suited for boules - a small one. You can still use them of course but I'm not making coffee or boules so it looks a little odd with a small stylized image on it and even worse with multiple images dusted on the bread. Great for use when I am making coffee, chai or hot chocolate for guests though.The scalpel blade is nice and sharp but rusted after first use, even after hand drying, so it's pretty much a short term solution to getting a proper lame.Scraper is not curved as pictured. Instead I got a straight edged one.There are better kit combos listed but they all had other items I didn't want. In hindsight, having extra/duplicate items in my kitchen arsenal would've been better than having kit items that were never quite fit for the intended purpose.Great kit if you wanted a banneton for sourdough, coffee stencils for your coffee machine and scalpel for a hobby knife. Not so great as a long term solution to a complete sourdough kit.
