I love this ladder because it fits in the storage in our camper. It is very light and extremely functional for this 67 year old man. I purchase this because of its weight bearing capabilities and maneuverability. It is very easy to use and very sturdy. You can put it up in seconds and store it in the same amount of time. The quality is excellent!

At 12.5 feet it’s a great tool for its length. Collapsable and easy to carry are clear advantages over the ladder you might use to paint your second floor windows. As has been mentioned the telescoping feature requires your full attention when closing. Be careful. The directions are written by someone who doesn’t write English very well and could be improved. But I would recommend it for a backup ladder or someone with very limited storage space.

It's a sturdy ladder and the space savings is very convenient. The only thing to be wary of is that the first time I collapsed it I nearly took my fingers off. Other brands have a controlled collapse feature, this one does not. Not a huge deal as long as you are aware and careful.

Perfect ladder for house. Bought it primararily for attic access and worked well. great stability. good grip.

It work fine. You have to be careful not to smash your finger and it feels a little flimsy at longer extensions, but to be fair, I’m 220lbs and it may just be the nature of telescopic ladders. If that’s the case, it deserves a higher rating.

Very happy. So easy to setup and break down. Stores anywhere fits in the back seat of car no problem.

The ladder is very easy to operate, much stronger and better built than I expected. Make sure the ladder is set for a very steep climb (almost straight up and down), having someone available to hold the ladder while you are on it is a must. Man up and ask someone for help.

My first review stated that I thought the ladder was a little flimsy. But I am a remodeler and have very good ladders I use all the time. I bought this ladder for use with my RV. I only weigh 200 lbs. I was carrying about 2 lbs. and I stepped on the bottom rung and one side came loose.This is to amend the above review. The seller contacted me about my review. They have been very willing to make this problem right. We have discussed in email many ways to try to solve the problem. However, because I purchased another ladder from a different vendor this will not be possible. What I want to convey is that they have tried very hard and gone out of their way to try to make me happy. This to me is amazing. So I can say that they have great customer service. Cindy has been a pleasure to deal with. I wish I would have contacted them first.
