I'd never heard of tissue salts before but wanted to try them as a safe and natural means of addressing health issues. It is too early to say whether they will make any difference but given that the 12 salts are needed by every cell in the body, seems assured that they are needed. Although the original version introduced cell salts to me, I have had to find a lactose free version as these contain lactose and as I can't eat dairy foods, they caused upset stomach. Having switched to a homeopathic liquid version with no lactose, stomach problems disappeared overnight.
