The Complete Fairy Tales of Oscar Wilde is very enoyable
The Complete Fairy Tales of Oscar Wilde (1854-1900) contains 86 pages of enjoyable, humorous, satirical, and thought-provoking tales. Wilde understood and satirized the notions of most people. For example, his classic "The Picture of Dorian Gray" (1891) satirized the common idea that people's bad behavior affects them physically. For only 99 cents, one gets a treasure.

Wonderful Book
My sister read " The Selfish Giant " to me when I was very young and I loved it . I am now 77 year-old and I still love it , but I didn't know that Oscar had written other wonder stories until now . I highly recommend this book to all Christians . I'm afraid however that many would not read it due to the fact that Oscar Wilde was imprisoned for his life style . That however is the very reason they should read it . These stories are very Christian in nature and tell of the goodness of God and Jesus . The wise Christians might judge a person less harshly if they knew how that person felt . A good and wise Christian wouldn't judge at all since some judgments should be left only to God .

I steadfastly listen to every word she tells me with great interest.
My wife bought and read this book. Why am I doing a review of a book that I didn't read? Because my wife told me to do it is the reason, duh. She refuses to do reviews and instead tells me her thoughts and feelings about the books she has read and as my duty as a husband, I steadfastly listen to every word she tells me with great interest... snore, zzzzzz... But since she does buy books and she does tell me about them (whether I want to listen or not), then I think it's only fair that the general population of book readers should get the benefit of her reading them and then telling me about them, so here I am, trying to relay to you, her thoughts about this book. Obviously you know the author, Oscar Wilde, yes? He wrote many a great tome. Though he's not my cup of tea, my wife absolutely adores his work. She says that this book is a fantastic read and that anyone with half a brain should buy and read it. When I mentioned to her that perhaps many of today's readers may not have heard of Oscar Wilde, she is aghast and angry with me and wonders loudly how anyone in the world could NOT know about Oscar Wilde. I should've kept my mouth shut and never mentioned this to her. But I digress. She says the book is excellent and if my wife says it's a great book, then by golly, it's a great book. So buy the darn thing and enjoy it as much as she did.

Nice book if you're an Oscar fan.
I think I bought this thinking I would really want and use it, but I didn't. Not the fault of the book or seller.

One Collection
Nice to have all the fairy tales in one collection. I had never read "The Young King" before. Truly is the quintessential example of Aestheticism, and the ending demonstrates how Wilde was the link between the Aesthetes and the Symbolists. Beautiful allegorical tale.

An easy, fun way to get my child reading and learning more about the bible. He's usually not very interested in reading but loves the way this is set up like a comic book with lots of pictures and a condensed version of stories. I enjoy listening to him read to me and the little reflection activities at the end of each chapter give us a chance to discuss further or think more about what he read.

Lovely book!! Highly recommended :)
Lovely book which I read as a child. Fabulous stories written by a master writer and story teller.A friend of mine came across a copy and read it. She then recounted the story of The Happy Prince, which I had forgotten. It is such a moving story, that even as an adult, it brought a tear to my eye. I decided to buy a copy of the book which so moved and enchanted me as a child to reread. Highly recommended, either to reread or read for the first time at any age. Treat yourself and get a copy!
