Doesn't add padding
It is supposed to inflate but it really doesn't. Just adds a layer but not padding.Plus with the issue and not being happy with the product they are charging me to return it.Probably because it gets returned so often.

Okay product. No belts but no problem.
This is a Crearive Outdoor product best suited for Creative Outdoor wagons. For those reviews who are disappointed this does not come with belts, must have a different type of wagon as my Creative Oudoor wagon came with the belts.My only complaint is there is no hole in the center for the pull cord to collapse the wagon. It seems the intent is to remove it before collasing. While the lock clasp on the side will not hook with the pad inserted, the folded wagon will still fit in the carry bag.

Nothing amazing; over priced
I wanted to love this. I’ll start by saying the pad does go up both sides of the wagon so if you have 2 kids both “seats” will get a back rest. That being said I wasn’t impressed. It improved the comfort but wasn’t anything amazing and didn’t wow me; especially for the cost! I will say I read reviews they had to also rip the cushion to the get the middle buckles through. I’m not sure if we they have a different wagon but mine the middle are clasps that I unhooked, laid the pad down and then pulled the buckle through the top and clasped it shut underneath. Not hard and didn’t rip anything. Also note, with it in the wagon you can’t collapse the wagon and have the side lock. I’ve tried a few times making sure the pad wasn’t in a joint. I still close it, it’s just not locked in place. Kind of annoying. Lastly, the branding on the pad isn’t creative outdoor. Not sure if it’s a sister company but I can’t remember the brand on the pad offhand.
