Works well as a wedge pillow, however attaching it to a seatbelt is something you’re not going to want to do. It becomes extremely awkward and inconvenient as it’s had to position in a comfortable position once attached. I bought it for my daughter for those car rides home after those long days of school.She is usually hunched forward. I looked at the design and hoped the curvature of the pillow would work better than other car pillows. And the fact that unicorns are amazing, according to my daughter. First week of use, my husband sent of picture with two words "It works". I see my little girl sleeping peacefully on the unicorn and she was NOT hunched forward! Yay for the little things! Try it! If you dont like it, send it back but I guarantee you wont.I will send an update of the quality in a few months. Hopefully I wont change my rating! But so far so good.

I purchased these to provide my kids something soft and comfortable to fall asleep against during long car rides. These unicorn pillows were the final choice as picked by my kids. They were a huge hit on our first big road trip with them and worked very well. I like the seatbelt attachment capability.There is one small issue (so I would give these 4.75 stars) in that the seatbelt attachment is only on one side of the pillow. That means on side of the car, the pillow has to go under the seatbelt if you use it and that is not ideal (likely unsafe). I got lucky in that the child that sits on that side didn't want it attached anyway so I didn't have to deal with explaining why one child could have that option and the other could not.Overall I am very satisfied with the two I have purchased.

We have had to whip stitch several seams back on this pillow. My kid isn't that rough with it either. Once it gets stitched up it's fine. Just frustrating to basically have to resew all the seams on the pillow...

My daughters new favorite toy for car. its nice to have a high quality and fun head rest for kids to sleep on and keep htier head in a nice and safe position during car rides. And to top it all off we had to get a second one as its our daughters favorite and its also now her must have to sleep with every night!!!!

We purchased this for a long car trip and my daughter was not a fan. Her head did not rest easily and she soon became annoyed. The product is of high quality but made of dense stuffing. I need to try to soften it up.

I got 2 of these hoping to use them as neck pillows when my girls sleep in the car. One is in a car seat and the other is in a booster. In all honesty, they refuse to use them as neck pillows but they love them anyways. It's their new in the car toy. My oldest will use it as a regular pillow when we pull the middle cushion down in the car.

We got 2, cute, but less than 1 wk after we received the product, the stitching started to fall apart on one of them. Seems like they are not well made. For $25 a pop, I expected more...
