Totally misleading
The title clearly claims it works with Presta valves and this is totally incorrect. It has the most basic clip system for car and bike tyres with Schrader valves. Contacted Amazon customer service who suggested I buy a replacement on another internet site.

NOT AS DESCRIBED - NOT SUITABLE FOR PRESTA VALVES
What a scam. Advertised as being for both Schrader and PRESTA valves. IT is not a single item with a valve fitting only for Schrader.RIP OFF and NOT as described.Leave well alone !

Seems to be accurate
Not sure about the "Heavy Duty" as part of the item description. In my view only suitable for light duty use and to be handled with extreme care.

Disapointing
Sturdy and good value but after a few uses the pressure gauge failed.

Tyre pressure gauge
I find this perhaps a little too pricey for what it is, and the title a little misleading. as it's just the valve or the 'end' with the pressure meter, and this alone isn't enough to pump or in to a tyre.I've seen electric tyre inflators that come with this end attached, but the best thing about this is the big circular pressure meter, it seems accurate and is very clear to understand. The biggest bonus about this is that I can use it for bicycle tyres and have a numeric measure of the air in them - i'm really bad at guessing or knowing what's right and just going with 'pump them until they're not flat', so it's great now to have that accuracy. The materials in my opinion don't have longevity, it's quite a thin metal that I can see breaking with heavy, professional or consistent use, but just for personal use and using solely on your own car, it's fit for purpose. It doesn't come with the hose or pump, so you will need that separately - you can get some really nice devices that plug in to a 12v car socket and will do car tyres, bike tyres and even footballs.

Needs to be connected to an airline before you can inflate your tyres
I ordered this product with the expectation of being able to check my tyre pressure AND inflate them. But on its own, you can only check the pressure: to be able to inflate them, the device needs to be attached to an airline. I think calling it a 'tyre inflator' is misleading.I have a machine that does both things and is powered by the 12v socket in my car, so I don't really see much point in this product, especially when most garages these days have digital tyre pressure machines. However, if it's what you're looking for, the dial is clear and gives an accurate tyre pressure reading.
