The headphones are really comfy and also have brilliant quality sound. The reason this isn’t a 5 star is the fact that the microphone volume isn’t very loud (people listening to you can’t hear you loudly). The only other thing is the bulky microphone mute and volume control component on the wire which can weigh it down annoyingly.

I originally did not think this was too bad, the sound quality is below average, but fine. It was fairly cheap so that is to be expected.However, after using the microphone I have simply bought a replacement head set - the microphone is terrible. The solid arm for the microphone only swivels up and down, so you cannot adjust the distance from your head. It also transmits the majority of the vibrations from the headphone speakers to the microphone, so other people can hear themselves echoing back whenever they speak to you.One extra star for Amazon who are brillilant for allowing me to return this without the original box. Excellent customer service as always!
