Almost mild

The color on this spice blend is brown. The coriander and cumin predominate on the scent. The flavor is a blend with the fenugreek and coriander predominant followed by a mild heat. It is apparent that some of the other spices is a chili. The grinding of the spices was either not quite complete or the spices were blended after grinding, because there are a few un-ground chili seeds in the mix.Ingredient list: Fenugreek, coriander, cinnamon, cumin, clove, and other spices.
