I am fussy, Glengetti tea bags perfect !
I received 480 teabags in six packs, this is the first time of trying these bags.I am an avid Yorkshire tea drinker, as no other teabags seem to be strong enough for me ( I like builders tea)I bought Glengettie bags because my subscribe and save couldn’t deliver my usual Yorkshire bags, my husband found Gelngetti as he knows what I am like, very fussy.Glengetti tea bags have a good amount of leaves in the bag, which was a good start. It doesn’t matter if you add milk before or after brewing, I prefer add the milk, then brew the bag to my desired colour, which is strong and fairly dark, but not black tea. My husband adds milk after. I personally do not like adding after, because if the teabag isn’t left in long enough, it’s not stronger.I find Yorkshire tea bags & Glengetti tea bags very similar in the strong department, but both are completely different tasting. I will give you more of an incite to the difference from my perspective.Glengetti tea bags can be weak or as strong as you want, all depends on the amount of time you leave to mash. My husband can make me a decent brew one minute as left to mash, other times adds to much milk, so then for me weak.Glengetti is a different tea is prepped to your desired look and taste. Where as you can buy really good tea bags, even some supermarket brands can be strong. But strong tea bags can leave a nasty after taste, or if a big tea drinker, can give a bit of stomach gripes. Happens to me, drinking too much to be honest.This is where Glengetti are way above my favourite Yorkshire tea. The taste/ after taste, Glengetti doesn’t have an after taste, it taste refreshing, not harsh, smooth on the palette whether you like strong tea or weaker.Strong tea can leave an awful bitter taste.With this tea you do not have to mash long, as some go stewed and a horrible film on top.So all in all Glengetti is one of the top in tea bags, no after taste, nice colour and strength. The price is a bit higher than I would usually pay, but for me, I cannot put a price on a good and decent tasting cup of tea.I went on to Glengetti from rave reviews from online, and decided to buy 480 and trial them.I love these so much and now have on subscribe and save.Anyone wishing for a great cuppa, maybe should try these. Loose Leaf Tea
Great tea but where to buy from now? Loose Leaf Tea tastes better than tea bags. Also saves wasteful paper, string and glue.... better for the environment

Price per bag is very good, these are full size bags so easy to over-brew. Great for a robust brew.

It tastes 'proper'.
'Glengettie' is a popular tea in Wales, but for some reason has become very difficult to find locally (Vale of Glamorgan). Even the much vaunted Waitrose hasn't had it for ages. Nor have it's 'lesser'comrades Tesco and Morrisons. Get a grip please, chaps!

Brilliant for quality taste and value
It is one of the best teas around I love loose tea so much nicer than teabags. I only buy this and Sainsbury's own brand kenya loose tea. I might try these Glengettie ones in teabags too. As some visitors don't care for loose tea and sometimes I forget to say it's loose tea till they get to the bottom of the cup and get a mouthful of tea leaves.
