LOVE THIS POLICE ANIME SERIES I LIKE THE AESTHETIC OF THE SERIES ITS A COLD, DARK AND DETECTIVE COOL SHOW

Psycho pass is a very cerebral anime yet it has enough action to keep you entertained.It also has one of the best villains in anime history subject to many deconstructions on YouTube.As for the quality of blue ray, it was perfect.The extras have episode commentary where the voice actors react to their scenes and offers interesting perspective.

The listing info is misleading as it is not subtitled as stated. The only subtitles included are for the Japanese dub setting. There are no subtitles if you watch the English dub version. It's a good anime, I've seen it before buying this version. Given that this is Blu-ray, I expected more vivid colors but everything was kind of dim and dark and just not very bright. That could be in part the way the show is made, but was a little disappointed. Pro: Interesting anime, 9 hour run time (22 episodes). Cons: The dullness of color, the fact that the English dub is NOT subtitled unlike what's stated in the item info (they need to specify, as it's misleading), and the high price.

The series itself deserves five stars, as it is a fantastic criminal investigation series. I, however, will not be discussing the story of Psycho-Pass, but instead, what is so special about this overpriced edition. As is typical of FUNimation's more "exclusive" releases, being Limited or Premium, everything is included in a chipboard box.What junk am I getting?Well, once you order this, you will be the proud owner of the complete first season (Blu-Ray only)! That's not what you wanted to know? Oh, well you get a two disc soundtrack, buuuuuuut it doesn't have the opening or ending themes. You also get a bad quality ID holder, a decent card holder, a nice keychain, and a nifty sticker. Is it really worth more than a hundred? I would say not. The fact that you're buying a chipboard box, a two-disc soundtrack, and the first season on Blu-Ray, makes it pretty pricey, but the other things are not worth much. Really, it's more like fun extras for collectors of people who really love Psycho-Pass, like I do. Now, I've compared the price on Amazon and RightStuf, and Amazon has the best price I've seen. If you're interested in this edition, I'd recommend picking it up on Amazon, but constantly check the price. I picked it up when the price went down to around $93, but I was so excited, I felt the need to use One-Day shipping. That raised the price quite a bit.Anyway, the series is great, and I recommend it, but I don't recommend buying this edition unless you really want the random junk that is included. I recommend sticking to the standard release.

From its characters to its plot, Pyscho-Pass Season 1 is incredible and without a doubt one of my favorite stories told.I received my order without issue and on time.

If you like dark anime? You'll enjoy this one. No everyone is evil or wrong, but the system may classify them as so.I liked it. Seen it twice then bought it to watch again.

My top ten is mostly a jumble, but Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion is my number one, Psycho-pass (Season 1) is in my top ten because I can identify with the antagonist almost more than the protagonists. The concept is interesting, but the philosophy is very enjoyable. I also bought Season two, and the movie, but I can only recommend the first season based solely on the antagonist. Hoepfully you'll enjoy it like I did!

I caught the series on Netflix and was enthralled by it. Anime has never been something I delved into much, but this series has definitely increased my interest in the genre. I like that they included the OST in this box set, a great addition. The trinkets they include such as the keychain, id holder etc come in their own box as well. The only nitpick is that getting the box with the trinkets out can be a bit tricky as everything is packed neatly, but tight. So there may be a chance you might have to bend the cardboard box in order to get. It's worth the money, I'm not disappointed.

It came in really fast. The only thing about it is that the corners of the box were dented and white. Nothing too major considering I'm not a major collector. But everything else was in good condition.

Great series, delivered quickly and was in perfect condition. I would highly recommend viewing this show.

My favorite anime. It has similar aspects to that of 1984 and Minority Report. I highly recommend this anime to people who like crime and sci-fi shows.

Was intrigued about this anime so I purchased it on impulse essentially. The series is amazing in regards to it's animation and plot line. With very cool concepts and philosophical ideas. A must see for fan of sci-fi anime.
