I’ve been taking this for about a month and I have to say I’m very impressed. I started right from the go taking two pills per serving cause I usually don’t feel most products. Maybe my tolerance is too high, but I felt this stuff from day 1! My energy was through the roof along with my focus which helped at work and I didn’t have the jitters. It also puts me in a good mood. My appetite was definitely curved. I try to take it a half hour before I eat or workout. One thing I did notice is it does heat your body up. Some days more than others but I don’t mind as long as it’s burning the fat. I haven’t weighed myself because I think scales are the devil, but I definitely see a noticeable difference in my body. I workout 4-5 days a week and I eat decently healthy, but I still enjoy beer and pizza on the weekends. This product has given me the boost I needed and helped me shred stubborn fat. So the main reason I ordered it is because it had a lot of reviews well I"v been taking them for a while and when I take them they make me feel funny,.,,, one time I took two and I was driving on my way to work I broke out in a sweat I'm talking about my cloths were wet. another time my mouth kept watering like it does before you throw up yeah that... I do think it curves my appetite a lil and that's always a good thing so I'll let ya know if I loose any weight

Haven't really noticed much of a difference taking this. I thought it would suppress the hunger a little bit more than it used to.
