Dribble protection for men
Good product and worth the price. The only issue I have is that the company should put a strip of adhesive along the top of the pad as the pad has a tendency to fall \ curl \ bend over itself when pulling up your briefs.

Using bladder leakage for 25 years after my prostatectomy. Tena 50600 Leakage Bladder Control is phenomenal. After searching and trying probably or discomfort while wearing, nor when walking or sitting, or exercising. this is the BEST. Causes no irritation to skin. This large size is holds a lot of urine. I tried the smaller TENA but they " move" in my underwear. Absolutely the BEST on the market.

Quality getting worse
I have been using these for a while now. At first they were great because of the shape and absorbency. But the last 3 packages I have found that they are poorer quality. The liner is separating and the absorbent is falling out. Something has happened to their QC.

Could use better adhesive distribution
Although effective for the most part, adhesive strip is only in the center of the pad. The "wings" at the top have no adhesive and tend to fold over, effectively reducing the overall target area.

Too bad they can't market their product
Tena makes great products. Too bad their U.S. marketing is so bad. The ONLY place to find the complete male line is on their website but I have never been able to place an order there so I settle for a little thicker pad than i need. Those are sometimes available at CVS. I once called Tena about an order that would not go through online. The rep. took my info and said they would fill my order. Sure enough, 6 or 8 weeks later (long after I had gotten thicker pads at CVS), the order arrived: a carton of 8 boxes of level 0 pads. Unfortunately, my verbal order was for one box of level 0 and a package of level 1. I just wanted to try them to see how little I could get away with. They billed me for one box (around $5) of level 0 plus outrageous shipping. I didn't bother to notify them of that; figured I was luck to get them.
