The tree is beautiful -- full and realistic. The problem is that one entire branch would not light; I contacted the seller, but their choice was to replace the tree . . . after JANUARY. National Tree will repair the section and send me a shipping label, but I have to re-box it in the original box, transport it to a shipper, and they'll fix it --- AFTER JANUARY. I ordered this tree weeks before Christmas and set up up Thanksgiving weekend; both my choices were unacceptable since I needed the tree for the season. This was a "convenience" purchase as my capacity to bring home and set up a live tree has diminished with my age -- I am physically unable to take the huge box in my small car at my age. Consequently, I am stuck with a faulty product.

Got this tree on sale at the end of the holidays, and I felt it was expensive even at the sale price. Not going to shape it until Christmas 2021, but I did unpack it and plug it in to be sure it was fully operational, and free of any defects, just incase it needed to be returned (no defects, every LED light functioning, all color patterns working).I looks to be a full and beautiful, well made artificial tree. We look forward to setting it up again in December, and I will update this review and add a photo at Christmas time.

I was replacing a similar sized tree, but wanted to upgrade to LED after our pre-lit was no longer pre-lit. This tree really is nice. The 'real tree' branches look and feel good. It will require quite a bit of fluffing but will be worth it. The lights are great, the features are great. The setup with the power down the middle is very convenient. Looking forward to this being our tree for years to come.

This is one of my favorite purchases to date. The tree has the power connect feature, the real feel beaches and white and multi colored light features. We bought the matching tree star that syncs up with the lights. I’m so happy with this purchase. The tree was so easy to put up and fluff. There are so many branch points we had moments where we couldn’t find spots for ornaments (not complaining) :) This is a beautiful tree. If you are on the fence, buy it!

We are just dismantling this tree from our 4th Christmas using it. It is still as perfect as when we opened it for the first time in 2017. Great value (we used to pay $60-70 for our trees), easy to assemble, and very full. The first time our kids saw it, they commented what a perfect tree we found, not realizing it was fake. I definitely recommend this tree and brand.

I swore I would NEVER have an artificial tree but I usually travel during the holidays so decided it may be a good idea to try out an artificial tree. Then I don't have to worry about having to keep a real tree watered. Though it took me longer to set up the tree than expected, it looks great! I still have the ornaments to go on the tree. So far it seems like a good investment.

Love this tree! It is all I hoped for and more!!! So beautiful to look at for the holiday season!!!

For the money, I thought I would be getting a quality tree. The lights worked for approximately 10 hours. Not happy!!
