Pure Therapy Wireless Waterproof Scalp Massager featuring deep tissue kneading with personalized speed and pressure adjustment

I bought this product to replace scalp massage by hand. I've worked with computers for the past few years and have developed mild carpal tunnel in my right hand & wrist. I wanted the benifits of a hand scalp massage but couldn't massage my scalp due to the pain in my hand & wrist. I certainly didn't have the money to visit a professional as often as would be recommended for the true therapeutic benifits of scalp massage.This product has definitely exceeded my expectations!It gives an awesome deep scalp massage, with an automatic shut off timer, that a "spider massager" never could deliver (not putting down the wire massagers, they're great if all you want to do is feel relaxed but not so great if you want the therapeutic deep massage recommended for such purposes as increasing blood circulation for healthier hair follicle output).This massager mimics a kneading motion that actually moves the scalp against the cranium. There is a slow methodical motion (which really makes me relaxed enough to sleep) and a stronger speed... which my scalp doesn't seem to enjoy as much as the slower.My ONLY concern with this product is the possible replacements of the plastic grey tips which come in contact with the scalp. They aren't feeble by any means; I just postit that with time they might degrade like most plastic pieces do that undergo repeated stress. But that is a concern for later.Now I have a terrific scalp massager that I would recommend to anyone interested in this sort of scalp stimulation. For attempting hair growth via scalp stimulation, I would put my money more on this product's success than that of laser combs or any frequency devices. Nothing yet has beat the sound reputation of basic scalp massage for scalp health.This device just simply does a better job than any other electronic accoutrements I've used in past.: )

Waterproof? A quote from the included "Disclaimers" sheet: "Do not use this product around any water or damp areas make sure your neck and hair are completely dry before using the product." (Lack of punctuation theirs).

This massager is amazing. It's great on the scalp, portable and excellent build quality (rubberized!). Somehow it does not tangle hair which was was an itial concern. However, it turned out to never be an issue. Great product! The only negative is that is a tad bit loud.

I really enjoyed the massage that this little device gives. I found it to be very relaxing after a long day. I also found to be good for a light massage on the back!On the down side, it is a little noisyI definitely recommend this product!

At first I thought this device was a little strange. However, soon after opening it, i was very impressed with the build quality and materials. I was shocked to know that you can use this in the shower as it is waterproof. I found the scalp massage in the shower even better than when my head is dry. I didn't use it with shampoo, but I suppose you could do that too.Highly recommended to all!

I loved the idea of a scalp massager! The fact that its waterproof makes it even better. I found it comfortable to use but a bit on the noisy side and slightly painful if you put too much pressure. The 2 speeds available are a bit fast. A slower speed would help make it a more relaxing experience. It does help stimulate the scalp. Slightly more enjoyable to use in the shower while applying hair conditioner.
