Elastomeric, Single-Component, Non-Sag, Polysulfide, Polymer-Based Sealing Compound DESCRIPTION DECK-O-SEAL ONE STEP is a single-component, non-sag, elastomeric, polysulfide-based sealing compound used for caulking joints in structures that are subject to movement caused by temperature changes. ONE STEP resists the effects of oil and gasoline when spills are wiped up immediately. USES DECK-O-SEAL ONE STEP is ideal for glazing operations and sealing joints in concrete structures. It bonds well to concrete, masonry, glass, metal and wood. It is ideally suited for applications when an expansion joint is required. NOTE: Do not paint DECK-O-SEAL. ONE STEP is frequently used in high sloping and vertical expansion joints where a non-sag, watertight, elastomeric sealant is required. Good price
Good price. Does the job. Much cheaper than going to a pool supply store.

Almost impossible to use
Unless you can somehow introduce a considerable amount of heat to the tube its almost impossible to get it to flow out of the tube smoothly. I got frustrated and gave up. It was a total waste of money for me.

It works, but I'm not impressed!
Grey DECK-O-SEAL The "grey" is very dark unlike most grey caulks that are much lighter. This stuff does not lay down well at all, it's actually kind of thick and gooey; it's not self leveling! I bought it so I could test it out, and it worked, but failed as a product that I would actually keep around for my pool area!

Pre heat first
The 11 oz. tube has a flow rate problem. The product will not self level unless you do the following: Pick one of the hotest days of the year. Wrap the tube before hand in aluminum foil and let rest for 1 hour (do not open it yet). Then apply around mid day and it will self level. Otherwise you have a problem on your hands.

AFTER READING OTHER REVIEWS .I PURCHASED 4 TUBES.. DEFINETELY LET TUBES GET WARM IN THE SUN AND USE WHEN ITS AT THE HOTEST PART OF THE DAY..IT WILL FLOW BETTER,, IT DOESNT SELF LEVEL AS WELL AS EXPECTED BUT IT IS A GOOD PRODUCT FOR SEALING BETWEEN CONCRETE AND COPING AROUND POOL... I WOULD RECOMMEND IT.. YOUR FINGER WORKS GOOD FOR SMOOTHING IT OUT..

product was dried up and would not fill spaces in tile even in 80-90 degree with sun shining on tiles! I will not purchase from these people again!
