Lightweight Hair Dryer, 1875W, Diffuser & Concentrator Attachments | Ionic blow dryer with adjustable heat and airflow, ergonomic design, and Cool Shot button for thick and coarse textures

I purchased con air hairdryer, probably 5+ years ago. It’s still works, but it’s been making funny noises so I purchased a new one just in case this old one decides to die. I’ll have a spare. It works very well distributes two speeds of air, low and high. It’s not heavy. It’s very durable. It has a lot of power. Cord length is a good distance. I like the heat on the color, blue is my favorite color. It doesn’t weigh very much and you can move it from place to place so it makes it very portable. I highly recommend this particular model as it seems to last longer than most of the other blow dryers.

After 25 years of using my Conair Air dryer it finally died on me. Ran across this one I don't say I like it as much as my other one but it works well hard to get used to something new

This hair dryer has worked reliably for11.5 years and I have very long hair!! It dries quickly and has a simple filter that can be cleared easily of dust accumulation. Just recently it’s a bit noisy so I think it may be ready for a new one so I’m going to buy another of the same.

I never spend more than this for a hairdryer, and I've had many different brands over the years at this price. So, there are always a mixture of pluses and minuses to them. My last $20 hairdryer was a Remington. Powerful at 1875 watts & lightweight & easy to hold because of the short barrel. I would have been very happy to replace it with another of the same, but wasn't finding one online. It lasted about 4 years, as all of them seem to have. This Conair is a little heavier due to being bigger. I'm glad I have extra long arms, or it would be cumbersome. I like the ionic benefits, and have had that feature before. I must have the hanging loop, so that's a big plus - it's hard to find. My only real complaint is that it's awkward to hold because of the power & heat buttons. Not only are they inside the handle under your fingers (which is common on most dryers), but they are butterfly switches that are WAY too soft. They teeter so easily that I'm constantly turning the dryer off/on or from high to low heat as I'm trying to use it. All other dryers I've had have a tighter "click" to the buttons, or they've been sliding buttons, so this doesn't happen.

DON'T BUY THIS HAIR DRYER!!!!! Buy $11 worth of lottery tickets, donate the $11 to charity, buy ice cream, anything else.... just don't waste your money on this junk!!!!! Honestly, I LOVED this little dryer for 6 weeks (just after the return period ended), now i have to throw it in the garbage! The only issue i had with it (when it was working) was actually just an inconvenience/design flaw - as another reviewer said: "The buttons are on the inside of the handle and are the toggle style. You have to hold it just right so you don't turn it off or change the heat setting." THEN IT DIED - - - DEAD, DEAD, DEAD! I was amazed that this hair dryer could sell for $11, it even comes with a diffuser and other accessories. I only used the dryer every other day for 6 weeks (so about 21 times) for about 5 - 10 minutes (max) each time... I thought i was getting a cheap dryer, but overall it was VERY expensive: If I bought a new $11 dryer every six weeks, that would be over $100/year - I could spend half that on a really nice hair dryer that would last years! The return policy expired but i could mail it to Conair ($12 postage) along with a check for $7.00 and then wait weeks for them to decide if they wanted to repair it or replace it (maybe they would, maybe they wouldn't). So, then i would have $30 into a hair dryer that, if they choose to replace it, would be replaced with the same junk that would last another few weeks????? I am not that stupid, I will cut my losses at $11. I know that so many other people have had the same problem with the short lifespan of this dryer - i wish i had taken the time to read all the reviews. Conair & Amazon should stop selling these items, they know they are junk - that's why they offer them so cheap & that people are going to buy them because they are so cheap. Conair doesn't have to worry that anyone would be stupid enough to take them up on their warranty (and flush another $20 down the toilet) and Amazon, must figure that most of the dryers will work long enough that it isn't their problem!

Excellent hair dryer with multiple settings for hot warm or a cool button included. It comes with a diffuser and another piece that I don't honestly know what it's for. Maybe to focus the air flow better?? It doesn't overheat when used on hot for a long time and has a ceramic inner thingy to stop overheating. Very nice quality product and good value

I went ahead and bought TWO of these through Amazon, because the model description had almost every feature I was looking for, and was at a great sale price (thanks Amazon). They both arrived quickly and in perfect working condition (thanks again Amazon). My wife is the more discriminating user, and has used this model for about a month, and the following review is mainly from her experience. She has long hair that's been permed for loose curls. Her hair is not thin nor thick, but average. She does color her hair, and uses good quality conditioners and leave-in treatments as needed. Here are her comments (compared to other hair dryers she has used): ** PRO'S 1. This dryer gets her hair dry quicker. 2. It leaves her hair softer. 3. It "may' leave her hair shinier, but she's not sure since she also uses conditioner and/or leave-in. 4. It is quieter (fan). 5. It has robust air movement (fan). 6. It comes with 2 accessories (concentrator, and diffuser). 7. She thought she would use the concentrator more, but the two built in air flow settings are so nice, she rarely needs to use either accessory (though they both work as intended to expand dryer functionality). 8. Visually, it looks very nice, and appears to be high quality workmanship. 9. It feels solid, not too heavy or too light in weight - it's shape/weight is comfortable to use. 10. Having separate controls for fan speed and heat is very handy, giving easier control while drying. 11. It has a perfectly positioned cool-shot button button that is easy to hold down. We recommend holding that button at the end of styling to lock in your style, but also to cool down the heating coils before shutting it off (which we believe may prolong the working life of the dryer). ** CON'S 1. This is a complaint that will not matter to everyone, but is a pet peeve of mine, and seems to apply to every hair dryer I look at. I may not be the only consumer looking for this feature, so manufacturers..listen up. This unit has a button to switch between Hot and Warm heat settings, and it also has a cool-shot button. My wish is for Hot/Warm/Cold switch settings (with or without a cool-shot button). Ie, I'd like the dryer to be able to blow cold air without having to hold down a cool-shot button. There are just times when it would be great to use the unit for tasks needing prolonged cool air blowing. Alternatively, perhaps having a cool-shot button that clicks on/off when pressed rather that being a hold-down button would also suffice. 2-15-14 Update: Been using this dryer daily for 2 years so far, and it still works like new. Good quality.

I have used this Conair blow dryer model for years and they lasted so long that I could not remember when I purchased them. Unfortunately, they do not have longevity anymore. I purchased a new one on June 5, 2022, which lasted 2 years 8 months before the motor got so loud that I knew it was doomed. I purchased a replacement on February 1, 2025. Today I plugged it in, turned it on and 10 seconds later the plastic fan blades shattered. I thought it would explode in my hand. Fortunately, I purchased another blow dryer on April 30, 2025, as a backup and it is working fine FOR NOW. I will buy another back up. I like this Conair style because it fits my needs. I researched other Conair models, but they appear to have the same shorter lifespans.

Produit HS à la 2ème utilisation. Une des pales du moteur s'est cassée et a bloqué le moteur. Celui-ci a cramé et le sèche cheveux est HS. Vendeur contacté pour faire jouer la garantie, refus et renvoi vers le constructeur...Bref, j'ai perdu 112,39 €. Article pourri et vendeur idem. A fuir.

No es como lo describen, decía tener 2 velocidades y 2 temperaturas. Únicamente tiene 2 velocidades. Tampoco trae el difusor redondo.
