LeesaKing Size bed frame, Gray

Received the Leesa queen 7.5 inch base after a failed 1st attempt. 1st shipment was a twin base, not queen. Amazon fixed quickly. Product came well packaged and very easy to assemble, less than 15 minutes. Would have been even quicker except that rubber stops that tension the slats were in the incorrect location on one side. Easy enough to fix but for $300+ you'd think the QA would have been better. Once assembled, noticed that the width didn't sit on the frame rails completely. Had to adjusted it so it sat on both inside edges equally. Read the same issue with other reviews. Not sure why it isn't standard queen width. We'll see if it's an issue, only time will tell. Had the Leesa Hybrid mattress sitting on a box spring for a few days while waiting for the (correct) base to come. Mattress wasn't as firm as I thought it would be. Once the base came, the difference in firmness was remarkable. If you want to firm up your hybrid mattress, this base will do it.Contemplated buying the Zimus 9 inch metal frame with wood slats ($200) but purchased this for the perceived quality. I'd be lying if I didn't say that I had buyers remorse a little after it arrived and I installed.

The frame was fairly quick to assemble, there was one corner that didn't seem to want to fit together so we had to shove it together. We also struggled a bit to get some of the wood slates to fit, I am not sure it should be so tight as other slates we've used usually fall right into place. Overall, once assembled the frame seems to be good and doing it's job but time will tell if we have any issues.

I’m not sure why there are any bad reviews. This foundation was extremely easy to put together. Ours was together in about 10 minutes. There are two definite top and bottom pieces and two definite sided pieces. If you pay attention to where the pieces go it is easy. I used a rubber mallet gently for one peg that was a little harder to push down. Highly recommend this if you need a Leesa foundation and Amazon was a bit cheaper then the Leesa website.

This is a really nice base and super easy to put together… no tools required! We highly recommend it!!

Easy to assemble and fits the bed perfectly. If you have a leesa mattress I highly recommend using this! I tried the mattress on another foundation and I couldn’t sleep!

Works as advertised. Pleased with purchase so I'd purchase again.

Poor quality. This is a simple item but due to poor production standards it did not go together well. The first item could not be assembled due to miss aligned hinges. The second was just as bad but I reposition the hinges to get it to work. Probably voided the warranty but needed the item. Would not order again.
