Simple, Educational, Useful
I'm not any kind of expert at fitness, and this workout book is made for people like me. It starts with all kinds of useful illustrations about stretching and common exercises, including key tips for proper form. Then the actual journal entry part is set up so it's hard to forget anything important (e.g. there's boxes to record your warmup and cool down times). It also includes places to jot own personal records at exercises so you can track your improvement.This is a really helpful tool for anyone who wants to approach fitness in a regular and methodical way, and is sturdy enough to tuck into your gym bag.

Durable, educational, and easy to use
I have used multiple workout journals in the past and thi is the only one to incorporate educational information along with the perfect format for easy tracking. I frequently use the stretching tutorials as they are easy to locate and follow.I prefer this book to any app that I have used in the past. All apps take much longer to fill out and create an unnecessary distraction with my phone while I am working out. The journal allows me to maintain focus and easily track and check my progress which helps with maintaining motivation.Although I am not taking any precautions and generally toss the journal down after each set, the binder is very sturdy and has shown 0 signs of degradation. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for help along their fitness journey.

Workout planner for Everyone!
I bought this workout planner a few weeks ago and have been diligently tracking my workouts in it. I prefer to use a planner like this one compared to workout tracking apps as I find using my phone during workouts as distracting. I was impressed with the design and the illustrations of the various workouts and stretches. It shows that the creators of the planner put in a lot of effort in their design, presentation and content, as I feel it displays a range of performance ability from beginners to advanced. I like that the planner has a sample workout routine for someone who finds it hard to find a routine. I would definitely recommend this workout planner from the Peak Performance team and am looking forward to what else they have to offer.

Best Fitness Planner Out There -- and Even Better Than Using Fitness Apps!
I could not be happier with my purchase! For years, I have used a variety of apps on my phone to track my fitness progress, and always end up falling off them and not updating them each day. With this workout planner, it is so easy to record everything down, and the visuals of different workouts/mini workout plans included are so helpful! The quality of the book itself is fantastic as well and super sturdy -- even with me tossing it down at each machine, it still looks brand new! Definitely recommend trying this planner out -- and for those of you who stay loyal to fitness mobile apps / online workouts, this log will surely change your mind and make you enjoy being able to have a tangible log of you achievements!!

Easy way to track your workouts and it provides exercise examples too!
Great book for tracking your workouts. Probably something that someone new to a regular workout program would need. It's way easier that using your cell phone and in many ways much easier to fill in as you move thru the gym. Takes seconds to record your activities and you can leave the phone in the locker. The book gives many exercise examples and I've added more by pasting in additional illustrations and photos from the web. Within one compact book I can navigate the gym and go thru multiple workout routines with just the illustrations in the book. I will definitely be buying additional books as I fill in the pages within this book!

Has great photos of correct workouts i use weekly. Wish it had more journal writing to keep track easier of food, habits, etc

The best workout planner to stay fit and healthy!
I took this planner in for a workout today for the first time. I really love how functional and hands on this planner is. The formatting is beyond perfect (Esp the images). It helps me record how many sets I do and actually makes working out super fun. Unlike traditional fitness books, this one also helps me stay organized and motivated to work harder. I am really glad I purchased this because I know it will help me stay fit while actively working out and keeping track of my progress on a daily basis. Cant wait to see my improvement and I am really looking forward to other products from this company.

Would Buy Again
Has very useful information in it. Plenty of room to write fairly good layout. Better than many I have seen.
