The product may be good but no installation was provided as advertised. The number that was given as response to other similar questions did not work.I had ordered this for my aged parents and was hoping the installation will save them the trouble of organizing it themselves but that was not to be the caseVery disappointed and am thinking of retuning the product as it’s sitting in a box without anybody being able to use

The handle can be adjusted and that is what I love about this machine. I work out on it every day. It fits in my budget. It’s hard to find the quality in the given price. I think it is strong and looks classy and is really durable and yet is so reasonable in pricing. Fitkit customer service is great and they came and installed it too. I just loved it and I would recommend it to everyone. Five stars.

Give a review after 3 days of use. Product is too good and also easy to assamble but take 1-2 hours to assemble. There is no unreal noise from air cycle. Amazon delivery is outstanding, before the delivery date. Thanks.

Nice product, value for money, should buy such products online instead of going to shops. Many people have said that installation wasn't provided. If you want installation, then call at their number (it is a computer). After that you will receive a message and then WhatsApp your order's screenshots to the given number. After that only you'll receive installation.

I ordered this product for weight loss.. Just after placing the order the fitkit customer care called n asked me to update them on whatsapp with the picture of the invoice.. It got delivered within the expected time. As soon as it was delivered i shared the invoice on whatsapp with fitkit.. I got the call from the fitkit customer care for free installation next day.. 2 guys came n installed it within 20 mins.. Using it since last 10 days.. It's very nice.. Very good quality.. Don't need electricity.. Doesn't make noise.. U can adjust the resistance n calculate the speed time calories etc in the meter.. Don't think much.. Just go for it..

Incomplete set.1.Screws were missing.2.paddles were not given of appropriate size. Both peddles did not fit to the cycle.3. Although material is heavy but of what use

VERY SIMPLE OPERATION......USING FOR WEIGHT LOSS

Dont trust the seller. They've given a pedal which doesn't fit to the bike and the number they've given for installation doesn't work. Tried contacting the seller to send replacement pedal (the bike is obviously useless without it) and no response. Absolute waste of money
