Fitkit FK600 Steel Airbike with Free Diet Plan (Black/Grey)

Please do not buy this product. Even when it was Amazon fulfilled - Cloudtail, no one turned up for installation. When I called up Amazon I was told that they dont have details of manufacturer and I should google myself and contact them. I did, the manufacturer told to send invoice copy which I did too however still no installation was scheduled. if there is no surety of installation itself even when the product is advertised as with free installation, forget the warranty or the quality assurance.

1. List price = 6999, minus HDFC discount @10% = bought for 63002. Product is as described. I do not see any damages parts or hear any rickety noises.3. Have been using for about a week now, everything solid.4. They called me the day after delivery to set up a time for installation. In fact they moved around my schedule to have a technician come in early on Sunday. Installation took about 50 mins.5. All around, for the price, I'm quite satisfied.6. The only thing I do not like is the seat, which is somewhat uncomfortable.All in all, I'm in respectful disagreement with the negative reviews. My experience has been great (with a week of usage). Long term - if possible, will update this review.

The built looks sturdy and very happy in initial days of use. Just few suggestions for manufacturers..though they give the installation procedure in booklet..would be great if they upload it as video on YouTube. Though we don't have any problems it will also be good if the manufacturer suggest what should be the weight limit upto which slightly over weight individuals can use it without any issues and also tell what kind of servicing e.g. greasing or oiling needs to be done in how much interval of time (so, that cycle lasts really long )

Packing was perfect. No problem with the way it was delivered and all the parts fitted well. Except the last stand below the seat. I had to use a cutting plier to make the stand fit in the slot. I got it delivered today. Also exersised for 1 hour. I felt good. You need to apply grease on the metal for smooth fitting. I would rate it a 5. Plus it also works like an elliptical cross trainer :-) Cool. But I will say that heavy weighted persons should only sit and ride as the pedal holder might get broken if too much of weight is put on the pedals by standing and riding. As of now this is my Day 1. Guys keep a toolkit nearby when you order this item. If possible just get everything so that while assembling you might need few things. I assembled it by myself. Thank you. Also last but not the least ANYONE CAN ASSEMBLE IT. Just use the right tools and your mind (Focus). Hope this helps.

Perfect airbike for exercise purpose. Easy to use. Good sensor show instantaneous speed with odometer, distance and calorie loss meter. Installation was provided at free of cost from Fitkit Sports within 3 to 5 days of receiving the product by initiating a installation request. Nothing more to mention.

It was delivered promptly and is good for home use. The handles move too so you can also have some arm exercise. The company provides free assembly and their representative coordinated and completed the assembly without any hassles.

I am writing this review after using it for 5 months. I am more impressed with their service. Product is worth buying, but along with that providing a timely service is also very important which was provided by fitkit team. I am delighted with their service. In first 30 days the service person visited three times. Even for slitest trouble he visits and do the needful. Thank you fitkit for your valuable service and I wish the service team to maintain the same. All the best.
