My product malfunctions constantly, and it’s only the second day of usage.Instructions were the worst one I’ve come across so far. That fact that you beat I-Kea’s instructions astounds me. I just went online to settle the installing issues.Now, the device itself sucks as well. It glitches, the screen freezes, signs out by itself leaving screen all black or frozen while the sound works every now and then.Never looked more forward to a purchase and been so disappointed.You made me feel crappy, now I’ve got to leave a crappy review.

It’s okay to mirror your phone on your tv, YouTube works just fine, but doesn’t work with Netflix. That is the main reason I bought it. Taking it back. Also, confusing directions and lots of spelling errors.

This device simply does not work. Sometimes it gives sound but no picture. Other times, a poor quality picture that lags the soundtrack by seconds. Most of the time though, it just won't connect. Google Home app sees it as Chromecast Ultra but reports "invalid response" to commands. Other casting apps fail to see it or if they do see it, are unable to connect. Instruction sheet in microscopic size print is incomplete and obviously a bad translation from Chinese. I will return this junk and get something else.

I purchased this unit primarily to mirror vudu movies on my Samsung tablets and my Moto Z3 phone. While I was able to mirror everything from these devices to the TV including Vudu up to the point where I started playing the movie and then all I get on the TV is a blank screen. Vudu says I need to touch the mirror icon after starting the movie, but the icon is grayed out. Even downloaded movies wont play. I am thinking this is a Vudu issue. Just an FYI

It gets the job done, works across a myriad of platforms, and was easy to set-up. I’ve got Mac and Windows users in my office...this bridged the gap and was great to let guests come in and display a presentation. Picture quality isn’t perfect but it’s the best solution to date and I’ve tried just about everything.

This product was so easy to use once you got it set up. The vendor emailed me with helpful instructions and hints before it even arrived. He assured me he'd be there if I needed help. It worked so well, we ordered 2 more for our other TVs. Very pleased with the product and the vendor.

The instructions for this are terrible. It's been an hour and a half and I still can't get it working.

I purchased this device a while ago and followed the instructions to set it up. It was all fine until I got to the part where I needed to cast something to it, in my case, a Google Chrome tabs - the anycast couldn't be detected! I tried everything, rebooting the device, connecting to it directly to change wifi and settings - it connected to wifi just fine but Google Home couldn't see it and connect to it, neither could any other of my chromecast enabled devices on the network. A complete waste of money. Clearly, a faulty, counterfit product. I wish I had known this before buying it and wasting my time.
