Scuffed to the point the design wasn't visible.
I got this for my friend because she's studying chemistry is college and she loves steampunk things so I wanted to surprise her with this. But when I received it I noticed that the pendant was extremely scratched up and scuffed making it hard to see the design on the inside. When I contacted support I was denied anything to help with the fact that this happened. Luckily I have a small buffer and buffing compound so I was able to see the design again but not everyone has access to these type of tools. Overall I was incredibly mad about my purchase, to receive a necklace that isn't in any form of good quality and be told that I was to blame for the pendant to look the way it did.
