Great Product
This is a great product. I've used it before. Is full of flavor and great tasting. Used mostly for cooking. This is not really a sausage. Is used mostly to add flavor to other foods. Specially Cuban foods or Spanish foods.

These chorizos are tasty, but not as gooe as the ones they make in Twin falls Idaho.
