Vendor Sent the Wrong Lens
First of all I did not order this lens. I ordered a lens to fit a 28-300 Tamron/Canon lens. The only reason I kept this lens cap is that it does fit my wide-angle lens so I kept it as a spare. The lens cap is an average lens cap.

Perfect fit for my lens.
Why am I always losing lens caps and filters? As a photographer with 2-3 shoots a day these are a must in mass. They are cheaper than name brand and fit my 17-40 perfectly.
