The file works well on the toe nails or finger nails. My only wish is that it had the ability to file at the pointed end. I have some problems underneath a nail that needs to be smoothed, but I like it otherwise. I seems pretty sturdy, but the 4 stars are because I kind of feel like I need to go easy where the file meets the handle. It may not be so, but I'm careful at that point anyway. I had a question on how to use the cuticle cutter and got a fast answer from the manufacturer. I may not use it for that though anyway, but I now know that you have to be very careful, if you do use it. This is a nice light weight file and easy to use, carry or store.

I was replacing a cuticle trimmer I have been using for over 50 years. This one works well and the file is good, I just don't prefer metal files. Met my requirements for what I needed.

This is a wonderful fingernail file and the cuticle cutter is REALLY sharp. I have extremely strong fingernails and can only use the best of fingernail files. Also, years ago I also discovered that merely pushing back my cuticles did not take care of the task. Great product for those who have "serious" fingernail needs. This item is also a great value because I won't be spending any money on useless fingernail file wannabes that LOOK like fingernail files but just don't work.

This product is outstanding! Made in Germany. Most importantly..this is the ONLY cuticle trimmer that works as one would expect. Excellent performance..sharp..works beautifully. Forget ALL the rest! Am returning Revlon brand bought at same time as is an absolutely useless product..does not work at all..dull as a stone! Just bought another one of this Soligen brand item..it’s just that good! Highly recommend!

I am not one to buy fancy nail files for my natural nails but I was looking for quality. This little two in one file and cuticle trimmer does the trick! Love that I don't have to search for a second tool to trim the cuticles. Very handy. Trimmer is sharp and file is too! Thinking of getting a second one and tossing all my old ones!

Mr Ben, I received two of your nail files. The quality is quite good and better than what you would get at a five and dime store. However I ordered two of these and one was 7 inches exactly and the other was 6 and 1/8 inches exactly. that makes me feel that I have been taken advantage of for the shorter one. It would be appreciated if you would send me another one size 7 inches in the overall length. That is the reason I rated your product with only 3 stars. ROBERT E TURNER

Best nail file I have ever owned. The file was great and the cuticle was very sharp and gave a nice clean trim. I highly recommend this product.

I hesitated to buy this nail file due to the cost. Now that I have it, I should have bought it years ago and I just ordered another one. I actually like filing my nails now and it is the best file I have ever used. It is fast because it actually files. My nails have never looked better or healthier. I can't use the glass nail files because they are too thick and don't get under my nails. Emery boards take forever to file nails and always leave jagged edges. There is just no comparison.

Blade is nice and sharp. File has both course and fine sides. Compact and easy to add to purse. Would highly recommend. Have tried numerous others and this one finally does the job! Very satisfied.

This file shows its quality both in looks and performance. I had never used a cuticle knife trimmer before and was impresses as it swiftly removed the extra cuticle without any pain to discomfort.
