Would you be able to use this to make homemade stuffing?

Since my last review, I have ordered an additional 6 loafs, if that says how happy and please I am with this product. hi, it claims "0" sugars but I gotta tell ya, I didn't like this bread...reviews say a lot of people do if I remember right. the one I found in the frozen gluten free grocery section is " KINNIKINNICK" I KNOW WERE NAME. HAHA but it has 140 cal. on 2 slices, total fat 4 g, 0 cholesterol, 200 mg sodium ,24g carbs , fiber 5 g and less than 2 g. of sugar in 2 slices , 2 g protein. it is great toasted. I have to hide it from my husband. hope this helps !
