Ingredients? I don't see the list.

A couple of years ago the mineral oil was not listed in the contents. It was always there; but the former owners of the company didn't reveal that. It was one of those "secret ingredients." Although it is a different product, Coca Cola doesn't tell people the secret ingredients in their bottles. Anyways, the current company says that O'Keefe's isn't "Oil based." That isn't the same as saying "oil-free." But, a lot of us were fooled thinking that "Not oil based" really meant oil-free. At least, the O'Keefe's Foot Cream is a great, bleeding crack healer.

when is the best time to apply?

I apply the cream once daily at night before I go to bed. Then I put on socks while I sleep. The cream has greatly improved my feet.

According to the package, right here in the USA - Cincinnati Ohio - they give you a full address to contact if needed.

Does it works well with Hangsun SR160 callus remover?

Yes, I usually apply the cream after using the Hangsun SR160 callus remover, It works much better than applying the cream on the callus directly.
