Is this compatible with the Pilates Reformer with Tower?

I'm not sure about that but if you have the large screw in the front of your reformer yes it should fit... but if not I don't know do you have a picture. My reformer has no Tower it is one of the old models that stands up with the wheels on the bottom. I hope this helps you can always send it back if it doesn't.

Does this fit a 7 year old sport reformer?

Yes if it is the IQ reformer. It slides right into the front screw.

IQ or Sport Padded Foot Plate

Super comfy jump board! Balanced body makes one that is even more padded than this one, but I love this one. For me, there is no need for an even softer landing. Easy to attach to the reformer for use.

Great, but the price...

Honestly, this is perfect. I didn't need any extra padding but I started out first on the yellow spring and am now up to the yellow and blue a month later (2 to 3 times per week for 10 to 15 minutes as a warm up). Am very carefully increasing resistance as I have some knee and lumbar issues. I think I could make this myself for a lot less money, but then again it is great quality and I am certain it will last as long as I do. :)

Jump board.

Great addition to my reformer. I use on the IQ metro reformer..same quality as the jump boards for the allegro. Would recommend .

Not very cushy

I was hoping it would be at least as cushy as at the club pilates studio but it’s not. It’s like almost as hard as straight wood. It’s something Balanced Body could improve in.
