bought this for my other half. she isn't a big lass, but there was no way on earth that this would even fit her leg, let alone her waist. we have a couple of daughters who are tiny waisted and even they could not get this on to see if it would fit a human being. nope, this was not a good purchase. like i said, I've seen bigger purses or handbags than this piece of clothing.
