Great kit and an amazing service from Photogeeks!
This is a great piece of kit at a good affordable price. After a brief hiccup with one light (which Photogeeks went out of their way to sort out for me in super fast time - amazing service, thanks!!!) I had everything set up and started taking some test shots. Wasn't long before I managed to get some really nice results with some jewelry shots, with the addition of some acrylic sheets, and after a tweak in Lightroom everything came out looking professional. Very happy indeed!!!The kit itself is all great quality, and feels sturdy and well made. One thing to note is that the tent does unfold itself with quite a lot of force, and after smacking myself in the face with it the first time (my fault!) I played it safe and opened it outside by prodding it with a stick - so just keep that in mind and open with care! The tent is also huge, and even though the size is in the description it's surprisingly large compared to what my imagination led me to believe....even big enough to fit a baby or a small adult. The lights are all a good temperature so no need to go over the top with adjusting white balance in-camera or in post, and the stands give you a good level of adjustability so you can get the lights just where you want them. All in all I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to get some great results without have to spend a fortune on expensive studio equipment. Thanks, Photogeek!!! :)

This great bit of kit has Enlightened me 1
This is a Great bit of kit For anyone who is wanting to take decent photos of various items for selling purposes or otherwise. The tent itself comes in quite a small well made zipeed up bag along with the four very nice Backdrops. It surprised me when I took it out as it went Twang and popped out to its Half folded size, from then its simple to open it right out and insert the backdrop of whatever colour you want. This sits nicely on my dining table, and I set up the two sall lights either side and the larger one sits right over the top thanks to the brilliant tripod and extending arm, all three tripods are well made easy to set up and take down and store, with all three on the light is quite adequate, and as an ezample I was shooting Zippo Lighters with a Nikon D700 in manual mode, F29 @ 1/20 sec sat on a tripod of course with remote release. It worked well and the photos were Pro standards, which I could not have doen without the kit. One of the light bulbs was loose when the kit arrived , but the aftersales servive from Photogeeks was amazing, e mailed them and a spare bulb was sent within a day or two no bother at all, and they respond very well to e mails regardless of what time of day or even what day it is, so 10 out of 9 to Photogeeks. Even My friend who is a pro Wedding and product photographer was most impressed with the kit when he came to my palce and used it with me for a shoot. The only slight problem is tryingg to fold up the tent, my friend could do it as he's used to it, but It will take me while to get used to it, so I just collape it in half and store it or transport it like that, also the top of the tent does sink a bit when set up but thats not really a problem. This Kit is well worth the money, and it was my money very well spent.

A very good highlighter lamp
Purchased for a table top studio used to produce images for a crafting web site. The colour temperature is good.Brightness / throw good up to about 1.5m from subject after which the inverse square law really comes into play. The lamp extending from its screw fitting so far makes it vulnerable to damage, so must remember to remove and repackage every time when not in use.A very clever clamp with many options. It takes practice to set it up so as to be able to make small adjustments to get highlights visible in camera once a shot is set up.

Outstanding value and a higher quality than expected for the price
Outstanding value. I had to come back and check how much I'd paid as I find it hard to believe it's this quality at this price. keep the boxes the bulbs come in for storage. Definitely recommended. Madame in action with Dweezil the dog providing a handy security service in the first photo. A sample photo from one of our first efforts (okay, we have work to do) but do give this kit a go if you need to get your own product photography done economically. NB: that's one of our Ten Year Tags right there.

Very pleased
I'm gearing up to start selling jewellery online. I know nothing about photographing jewellery and don't want to spend/waste a lot of money while I experiment and learn. I knew I needed a light of this sort and I'm very pleased with the choice I made, and the price I paid. This light has made a big difference to my pictures; the 'jewels' have a lot more sparkle now. And it's a sturdy, well made product. The clamp's strong too but it's well padded with rubber and doesn't leave a mark.

The lights are great and the canvas tent is larger than I expected ...
I managed to get this set up all by myself, despite not knowing what a 'spiggot' is so I spent quite some time high fiving myself. The lights are great and the canvas tent is larger than I expected which is a bonus. In fact I'm changing my office around to be able to accommodate it!I've only done one test shoot so far but I'm loving it initially and am looking forward to getting further stuck in.The only slight downside is that the tent is quite fragile and I think it will get damaged quite easily so I'll do what others have suggested and get a light piece of white plastic or board to pop in there to protect the tent itself.Other than that it's a great way to start photographing products and I can recommend with ease :-)

Great.
I ordered this along with the PhotoGeeks 30x30cm Black & White Acrylic Photograpy Display Table - Studio Shooting Riser .The box containing the TT2/3L/60 kit arrived very quickly within a couple of days but the box was damaged. However, everything inside the box was fine - including the delicate light bulbs - because it had been expertly and intelligently packed. Everything was as ordered and as expected and has been very easy to set-up.It all works perfectly for me and is an excellent kit for small to medium product photography. The Display Table/Shooting Riser is a little lightweight and flimsy but it does the job.JLF
