seems serviceable as alternate shampoo. the scent is a bit strong, as seems to be the trend for most shampoos/conditioners, to my dismay. top closure broke immediately when it happened to slip from hand in shower. the plastic cover is a bit cheap. but the singular most annoying feature: the tube of shampoo and the tube of conditioner are totally undifferentiated in terms of graphics and color. and noughty: please at least make the word "shampoo" a different color from the conditioner's name on the tube. i had to write "shampoo" in sharpee after mistaking the conditioner. [for probably not the first time.] t'would make a huge difference.

I like that it doesn’t dry my hair and lathers a little, just enough to feel clean. I don’t mind the scent, but it does tend to run out quicker than other shampoos. I’ve purchased it multiple times, the first time with their conditioner which I didn’t like.

I love this product for my hair. However, it was delivered and was open inside of the package and more than half of the product leaked out of the bottle into the package. Looks like the only way to get refunded or replaced is to return the empty gooey bottle....

I have thick, coarse, and curly hair. I hoped that this brand of shampoo and conditioner would really help nourish and refresh my hair. I decided that I'm not going to purchase this again. It's too expensive and I don't see it working any differently than regular shampoo. Don't waste your money. Sometimes I feel like brands market for a certain hair type just to get people to buy it but it's not much different from other shampoos and conditioners.

Did not help my dry hair at all. I purchased the shampoo conditioner and deep conditioner but none of the products helped.

Mousse bien et laisse le cheveux lisse et non crissant avec un beau ressort au niveau des boucles. Dommage que le vendeur ait choisi un emballage non adapté pour l'envoi et que la moitié du produit ait fuit dans l'enveloppe cartonnée avant d'arriver chez moi.
