An Easy/Cheap way to secure the Tritium glass vial
I read the review about using “special” glue and I am sure it works well.Another method to secure the glass vial in the Titanium housing is when you buy the Tritium or hydrogen-3 glass vial it will come with cotton packaging to keep it from cracking/breaking during shipping, or you can just use any pill bottle cotton ball. Take a very small amount and roll it into a compact ball.Place the glass vial into the titanium housing container then put the cotton ball/plug on top. Then put the key ring on top. The cotton ball will prevent the glass vial from moving and shaking, and possibly cracking the glass vial.I do not know if you really need to do anything at all, the glass vial moves very little even without glue or the cotton ball and I doubt there us enough movement to crack the vial.I kind of liked the rattle it would make, I used it this way for several days before I came up with this idea of the cotton ball to stop the movement. The other advantage of the cotton is that u can remove it with a needle if u ever wanted to change colors or replace it.

Know what you're getting into.
The product arrived perfectly as described. This item is for a key fob build. If you want to get into tritium vials. There's really not much written or even YouTube enthusiasts out there for reference. Simply saying you may need glue when building this is a gross understatement. Otherwise I'd have given 7 out of 5 stars. The tritium inserts are laser cut sealed glass tubes and they pretty resilient, but still glass. Tritium emits alpha rays. Not gonna hurt you as long as you have skin but I don't want a decaying isotope of hydrogen on me either way. So get what you need and don't let it break. if your willing to spend the 20$ for this tiny hunk of sexy metal. Then another 25$ and a load of patience for the tritium vial to be shipped literally half way around the planet. Then you're not gonna want to just use any "glue" you have laying in a junk drawer. You're gonna want something called optical adhesive aka LOCO glue which stands for liquid optically clear adhesive. A syringe, and a beefy 18-20 gauge needle used to administer medicine and boosters to livestock. As well as a strong UV flashlight or some really sunny days as it's the only way to cure the stuff. I didn't do any research before I bought the never ending glow stick and found out how little I knew what I was doing real quick. I live in a city of around 80k and couldn't buy the stuff anywhere. I did find it in windshield repair kits for automobiles at a pretty penny. Don't forget your LOCO glue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT use superglue (cyanoacrylates) or its derivatives. You will hate life

Very nice design
The holes allow allot of the light to come through. Doesn't seem like there are any weak points in the design like other brands.. (I've bent other types and they crack the glass vial)

Needs cleaning up
As others have noted, vials can have trouble fitting. The problem seems to be that the central hole isn't drilled cleanly, with rough edges blocking the hole. It took me a bit of scraping using a small screwdriver down the hole to clean it up to clear the path for my vial. Don't try to force the vial as some of the rough edges can be quite tough. It's a good holder after that's done.

Does not fit the standard tritium tubes
Purchased for my wife, didn't fit. Ended up cracking the glass tritium tube attempting to make it "fit".
