Is this blanket reversible? Does it have the same print on the other side?

No only on the one side. This is a neautiful med weight blanket. I purchased this about 2 years ago along with a clock and a statue by Anne Stokes. I also have this in a puzzle. Her stuff is a bit expensive but I love the colors (purple is my favorite) and I find her things are well made. The blanket is soft and warm. I do not like heavy blankets so this one is perfect. Get one, you won't regret it.

How does this blanket hold up after washing? Shrink? Fade? Material less soft or bunches?

I sleep with this every night (including summer). Have it for exactly 2 yrs now. It's definitely less soft and plush after washings and I'm now googling how to make it soft again, if it's at all possible. The color hasn't faded at all and it's a stunning blanket. I probably washed it wrong...😢

This product has two described sizes, one being 79" x 94", the other when comparing with other similar items states size 40" x 60". What is its size?

I'm not sure where the 40" x 60" is coming from but this blanket is 79" x 94". The only thing I can think of is that there is a Silk Touch with Sherpa lining that has the same exact design on the front. That Throw is 50" x 60". Hope this helps.
