Sage Leaf Tablets 2500mg -120 High Strength Tablets Popular Supplement for Menopausal Symptoms Reduce Hot Flushes and Night Sweats - Herbal HRT

We are all different and not everything works for everyone but I have found this Sage Leaf tablets fantastic. They've kept me sane since February 2019... this is the 7th month I've been taking them as it's now September 2019.I started with Menopause symptoms in July 2018 and by February 2019 I wasn't coping. I was 47 and didn't want to go straight to HRT, I wanted to see if any herbal remedies could help. A friend had done a paper for his Masters about Menopause suggested I try it and I quickly ordered these 1600mg high strength tablets.A week after starting these tablets I was going on holiday to India. After 3 days my hot flushes stopped during the day and after 5 days the night time flushes stopped.I didn't have another daytime hot flush until the end of June 2019 and have still not had a night time hot flush and it's now September 2019.Overall it controlled my hot flushes for over 3 months.I now also take Red Clover from another company and between these two herbal remedies I am coping with just an occasional hot flush a couple of times a week during the day.My sleep has also improved. I've gone through periods of insomnia all my life and this had increased in the last few years, since taking Sage Leaf I am sleeping better!As I said at the beginning of my review, not everything works for everyone but I would recommend trying these if you want to go the herbal route.From personal experience do not exceed the recommended dose as that could cause an increase in your blood pressure readings!I will look at taking HRT at some point but for now my Sage Leaf tablets are helping to keep my Menopause symptoms at a level I can cope with. Sage Leaf has also helped with anxiety and panic attacks that had started as Menopause symptoms for me too. I feel more human and less irritable.Finally... these are beautifully packaged and I feel that shows this company care about their products.
