Crompton Solarium Aura 10-L 5 Star Rated Storage Water Heater with Free Installation and connection pipes (White)

Was a bit apprehensive when I bought this.Note : There's no installation provided by Amazon, but there's a sticker in the box that shows that Crompton would do free installation.However, I called up a local electrician to fit this up. This geyser is light weight and does not come with the water inlet/outlet tubes.Overall, this product worked well without any problems but would require around ₹300-500 off our wallet for the installation and other accessories

Writing this after 2 weeks of use.It supplies the hot/boiled water after 15 minutes of wait before we could use.Have no issues with product but had issues with crompton cust care. Had to for 5 days to hv it installed eventhough with constent followups.

Sustainability of water being hot is upto 24 hrs within 5-10 minutes of electric support.in my both 25 & 15 litre

I am writing this review after one of the most exhausting experiences I've ever had with a brand. I bought this 15-liter geyser from Amazon (in July 2020) and this was delivered in 5- days. Immediately after the product was received, I called the Crompton customer care number (The wait time is almost half an hour to talk to an executive here btw) to request for my free installation, but inspite of repeated requests, no one came for the installation. Finally, after waiting for 15 days, I had to call an outside guy for the installation which should have been provided for free. Along with the pipes and all, this costed me 880 bucks.My expectation from a 15-liter geyser was that it will give me hot running water in the shower for at least 15-20 minutes. But now after the installation, I get hot water for only 3-4 minutes in the shower and after that it is all cold water. I filed the complained again at Crompton customer care for this, and the technician comes and has the audacity to tell me that a 15-liter geyser is suppose to give running water for 3-4 minutes only and there is nothing wrong with the geyser.Now, I want to return this crappy, useless product but my Amazon return window has closed (thanks to the delay in installation by Crompton) and I am stuck with this product that does nothing AT ALL. To call this experience frustrating is an understatement because I am an arthritis patient and havee been recommended hot showers by the doctors, which is why I replaced my 3-Liter geyser with this 15-L geyser. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend to not buy this product and waste your money like I did. For me, my money just went down the drain.

Received this product well packed, but when opened I saw some scratches and mud marks which usually we see in used products and after fixing that I can see some leak near the tank. Though I was in hurry to leave to another town I have not placed exchange request. Otherwise product is good .

It's been a week... Working fine till now. Giving hot water. Installation is free, although delivery guy charged for pipes and bolts he used.
