These are super tiny (accurately described in listing) - like little dots, and I'm a bit worried they'll disappear in my 40 year old, slightly enlarged ear piercing holes. However, I wore them in my second lobe piercings (which have remained smaller) and they are perfect. Definitely remove before sleeping to avoid them being pushed into actual lobe - I think they are probably best for nose, brow or upper ear piercings.

Good value for what they are what you pay. Just what I needed to put into some new piercings. They are really small which is ideal and I had no problems
