Okay, so this was my original review: this doesn’t work or fit any incense, and absolute rubbish.Here is my new review:After customer service/the seller saw that this product didn’t work for me at all they offered to send me a new one (which matches the picture more), anyways I just received the new one not too long ago and it works bloody brilliantly.Case in point: I can now fully recommend this product seeing as it’s the replacement one I got. It’s sturdy, fits two, and doesn’t leave residue all over the place. I’m very happy with this product now.

While it works the holes for the sticks are poorly formed so the sticks are crooked, allowing the burn material to spill all over the table and not in the catch. While I fixed it in about 30 seconds, the product should have been tested before hand showing an indifference by the maker to any kind of quality control. And yes, I tried quite a few different sticks and had the same problem so it was not the fault of the sticks .......

Returning this asap. NOT worth your money. Doesn't sit evenly and doesn't hold the stick evenly either. Ash all over the place. Basically a flimsy piece of dried leather. Don't waste your $

This is described as a "premium" and "designer" item. I wasn't expecting premium based on the price, but I was at least expecting it to look nice. It just looks like a strip of dried leather. It wobbles a lot and takes up more space than other incense burners. I returned it.

The media could not be loaded.  The 2 holes is a great idea! 👌👌 And they don't leave a mess!! 🙌🙌

Great product. Excellently made with a sleek natural look. I love how my ashes are conveniently collectected in the curved basin of the holder which is a lot easier to dispose of. Beyond happy with this product and the fabulous support of the seller.

i just started meditating a couple of months ago. typically after yoga class or at some meditation center. i’ve loved how it’s changed my life and recently decided to work on a small meditation corner in my room. incense is a KEY part. so i bought this incense holder and i LOVE it. the best part? you don’t even have to clean, it just falls there and boom! no cleaning needed. fully recommended. it’s different and it’s fun.

This does not sit flat, the incense will only lay sideways so the ashes would go all over the table and not be caught in the holder.Waste of money!
