This is really good.
Good flavor, lil bit O warm, lil gentle bite. Tasty. Not hot but warm. You can always add your own Chipotle powder. I'd like to see a thicker version that clings better and is designed to cling better. That would make this the PERFECT sauce for many uses. That said, this is some goooooood sauce. GREAT flavor. NO, your home made stuff is NOT this good. ha ha I thought mine was, and I was wrong. 50 years of trying. I was wrong. If you're good in the kitch you can thicken it a bit without ruining it - if you just gotta have it that way. Now, moving beyond ribs or pork --- this was Vg on spatchcocked chicken, burgers on higher heat, pizza on the stone on the larger Kamodo. This stuff....................... is good.
