(36 ct Box) Sidewalk Chalk Set Colorful Non-Toxic Dustless Chalk

So I bought this for an indoor chalkboard wall to use with toddlers. Based on reviews the chalk was a good size and strong, however when they arrived nearly all the chalks were broken. We then put a broken piece in the chalk holder and tried it out on the chalkboard and for one it didn’t write well, it made a rough sound and without applying a ton of pressure the tip of the chalk broke off making a pretty much un useable piece. This happened each time we let a little more chalk out it would break off. We have used other chalk on the wall that worked fine however they left a ton of dust, so we opted for these which said dustless. I wouldn’t recommend these at least not for what I needed them for. Writing to customer service.

As a preschool teacher I like to bring in my own stuff for my students to play with. When it says no dust I expected that the chalk would not spread everywhere. Unfortunately I experienced drawing with the chalk and ended up using half a stick with just one circle! With my kids it ended up all over the children's clothes and faces! It was an easy clean up but still unexpected. If I would have known this I would have grinded them up and put them in sand or something.

I got these thinking they were the thick sidewalk chalks but they are the regular skinny board chalk. I have not tried them in sidewalk so cannot attest to how well they work there but they work just as good as any on the chalkboard we have. They are dusty, but I would not say more than others but I am disappointed that the product is not what I was expecting.

Impossible to draw with. This whole box of chalk is so soft that it shatters in your hand when you go to use it. Very cheap. Don’t waste your money. Even the chalk handles are a waste.

Liked the variety of colors, but a great deal of pieces were broken when I received it. My daughter teaches in a classroom with a chalkboard and I thought it would be fun to have colorful chalk. She appreciated the included chalk chuck.

There is more chalk than my kids knew what to do with! Although the pieces are skinny, the amount and variety more than makes up for it. Plus, the two holders make it easier for our younger two children to have better control while drawing. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a large box of chalk for the kids

This is a large assortment of chalk. It's small crayon sized, which was fine with me. Does the job. I would have given it 5 stars but there were a lot of broken pieces in the box.

This is NOT sidewalk chalk. This is just chalk, and it arrived broken.I have never felt so ripped if by any purchase on Amazon in the last 20 years
