Seemed expensive, but worth it. Fit much better than the competitor's product that I tried. I feel good that I'm not using disposables!

These are very thick and not very comfortable , also runs a little small , It might work well for heavy incontinence but not for light .

Too small for Patient , but seems excellent quality to meet absorbsency, comfort, leakproof standards. Ordering size XXL in black.

Was expensive for one pair of panties, but definitely did the job! Would recommend to anyone with urine leakage. Recommended by my physical therapist.

I bought these based on good reviews. What a joke. I can only assume the people who wrote that these worked, had never tried Speax which actually do work, like magic. These Protechs absorb nothing - says 4 tsp - but even that's not true. I have purchased a dozen of the Speax panties and they are great. Have had them for 5 years, have worn and washed them hundreds of times, and they are still comfy and work like magic to absorb and prevent any leaks. In the sellers descriptions, it SAYS Spaex absorb 8 tsp while these Protech panties absorb 4 tsp. Wish I'd realized what a HUGE difference 4 tsp makes. I was so annoyed and shocked at how the Protechs don't work, so also did my own test with measuring cups of water. The Protech fabric doesn't even absorb 4 tsp - there is some kind of non-absorbing, run-off problem which you'll immediately notice when you wear them as urine - just a little leak - runs out and down your legs. I should have known "you get what you pay for" - the Speax are $39 per pair and the Protech are $25 per pair but $25 for something that is totally useless is a joke and the Speax REALLY work. The Protechs would be good for menstrual blood leaks - spotting if your Tampax has overflow leaks - but that's about all. They are both equally comfortable, which is all I can say for the Protechs. Do NOT waste your $25.

I liked the way these fit and how the absorbent part was made. They were just what I was looking for until the first wash. The pictures tell it all. I will admit I have not contacted seller about this to see if they will do something because I put these in my sewing basket and forgot about them. Certainly not worth the price if they are going to fall apart immediately.

Absolutely awesome! The answer. I cannot wear any plastic because it caused me to get to hot . It also causes bacteria to build due to no air which causes bladder infections. These are not for total incontinence but if you have light to moderate they are fantastic. I no longer have to race to the bathroom or wet my clothes. If I leak on the way to the bathroom, sneeze or other event. Thank you for this product. It also saves on expense because you wash them out.

The fit is very good and they are very comfortable. Sizing is accurate. Buy with confidence.

So this will prevent a minor leak, but it's still wet on the inside 10 min after and smells. Not worth it

These comfortable panties feel nice...no itchy elastic...no bulk...wash and wear easily... and give me a security against those minor laugh or cough leaks this old lady has. Expensive...?...but worth it to me for the confidence they reward me.

Ich habe schon viele verschiedene Unterhosen, die Einlagen bei leichter Inkontinenz überflüssig machen sollen, ausprobiert. Diese ist die erste die ich als so bequem empfinde, dass ich sie jeden Tag trage. Und für meine leichte Inkontinez reicht sie gut aus. Spart eine Menge Abfall und auf Dauer auch Centjes. SUPER!
