I altered these a bit to fit my Mortal Kombat 11 Kitana costume. As you can see, mine became more "pointy" and they were such a hit! Nothing beats the snap and the wind these martial-arts fans can make when I do performances and act as Kitana. People love it. I highly recommend.

I dont know how gymnasts use these fans in their routines. I decorated this fan, enjoyed it for about two months, dropped it once, and that's all she wrote.It was great while it lasted, though, made a satisfying THWACK when opened and took to acrylic paint very nicely.

This is a fan for men. It’s big and sturdy. Took it to Walt Disney world in June and it survived. Envy of all around me. Oh and it was so sturdy when I joked with my wife it was a kung fu fan, I bruised my arm when I wacked myself with it.

I’m highly disappointed with the quality of this product. This is actually a re-purchase. I bought this exact fan months ago and lost it during travel so I ordered a new one.This “new” version has spokes made of flimsy plastic instead of wood which are literally adhered to the fan with *double sided sticky tape*. It’s already separating and I’ve literally just taken it out of the package! I’m going to have to run to the craft store for some craft glue.I find it unacceptable and highly unethical to sell a product of subpar quality at the same price point as that of one of decent quality. I will not be purchasing from this retailer again.

I was greatly impressed by this fan. For 8.99$ it was made out of ACTUAL wood. This thing was crazy sturdy and heavy.Heavy was both a pro and a con. Took this to a music festival. The amount of air that i could push was so intense that many people asked me to slow down. After several hours worth of fanning and very minimal FRAAPing the fan came out intact. I did notice a little bit from fraying with the fabric most likely due to the tight fit when folding it closed. Overall very impressed best 9$ fan money could buy

The fabric is like a party store plastic tablecloth. Maybe a bit thinner. But that helps contribute to the loud snap and it looks sleek so I'm not mad at it. Definitely heavier and more awkward to hold than a regular size hand fan of this style, but again I'm not mad at it because that's what I wanted. I use this mainly to dry my setting sprays on my face for makeup and i love it!

I bought this fan for flamenco class. The neon green color is definitely neon (I wanted something to pop with my outfit). The fan handles easily, and when I flick it open one-handed, gives a satisfying pop. The only thing I don't like about it is that it is one-sided; the fabric is on one side, and on the other, the ribs are front and center. Otherwise, it would be ideal. It comes in a black carrying pouch that has a drawstring with two little Chinese coins. The carrying pouch is very good quality, and the fan also feels good quality. I use it a couple of times per week.

Great bright pink colour, a good size and a fantastic noise when opening.Haven't had it long or used much but seems well made and it comes with a nice holder.Really pleased

Excellent fan, be wary of it’s size but hey ho the bigger the better. Excellent “thworp”age and durable. Greatly considering a second in a different colour
