Great product! Great workout!
I originally purchase the 2" fifty foot battle rope for my wife, who is a boot camp trainer, and GRIT and spin instructor and who was looking to shift her workout to build more muscle and strength. We anchored the ropes to my heavy bag stand in our garage and they work great for both of us, but a little better for my 6'2", 240 lb. build than for my wife's 5'1", 100 lb. frame. She was able to work with the ropes but as I watched her, I noted that it was more difficult for her small hand to hold the 2" diameter rope ends and that, at her smaller height, the 25" length of thicker rope was challenging to move in a way that might lead to injury and that would be more doable if she could build toward it. For that reason I bought this 1 and 1/2", thirty foot battle rope which she can anchor to her treadmill in our home gym or even to a bed in our spare room and run the 15" lengths of rope into the carpeted hallway to absorb sound a bit more than on the hardwood floor and rubber padded surfaces of our gym room. This proved a better fit for her frame and she can still use the bigger ropes when she wants to up the challenge or try different exercises (I purchased a rope exercise poster as well). The best thing about this smaller, shorter rope is that she can easily bag it and transport it to the boardwalk to use as a station in her Wednesday dawn boot camp class. She loves it! And she's already stronger! I use battle rope sets all the time now as part of my heavy bag workout--they are awesome and really challenging.

Heavy duty, great quality
I spent a lot of time looking at various options for battle ropes, both 1.5 inch and 2 inch diameter. I ended up ordering the 2 inch rope, 40-feet long. This BR was definitely on the expensive side but the quality is worth it. The handles are semi-hard shrink-wrap rubber and cover about 10" of the rope at both ends. They are very easy to grip and seem like they will last a long time. The 2" diameter rope is quite flexible but also heavy for maximum workout effort. The rope is completely concealed inside a tough nylon fabric sleeve for protection. This was important to me because I use it in my home gym with a concrete floor which eventually could damage the rope. The BR also comes with two attachment straps made from seatbelt type nylon strapping with loops. These work great for attaching to a D-ring, a carabiner, an eyebolt, around a steel pole, around a workbench leg. Anchor hardware is not included. I have used this for several traditional BR exercises and I've also hung it from the ceiling for climbing & grip exercise. The nylon sleeve over the BR makes climbing a bit tougher since you slip just a bit on each grab, but it works fine. Overall this is exactly what I wanted, 5-stars.

Great quality, these things are a beast!
I purchased the 50' rope with 1.5" handles. I've only used them a couple of times so far, but they will definitely give you a killer workout! Here's a little advice, I'm 5'10" and in very good shape, and this size is definitely a good fit for me. My girlfriend is smaller, 5'6" and has small hands. The 1.5" handles are almost too large for her to keep a good grip on, so moving the weight of these ropes has been a challenge. We will probably end up getting a smaller rope for her needs. Just a head's up when sizing these, keep your grip size and overall strength in mind so you purchase the correct one.

This rope workout will kick your a$$!
I always wanted a rope for my home workout. I am 6 ft, 200 lbs, in pretty good shape. Not a weakling, but not a gym rat. The 30 ft rope fits perfectly in my garage. It seems to be sturdy and long-lasting. The rope cover is a nice extra. This length is a great workout for me. I have average size hands and the 2" rope is perfect. I think the longer ropes would be for more physical badasses. This length is a tough workout for me. FYI it is too heavy for my wife and she is not necessarily a weakling. The rope harness it comes with is perfect for attaching the rope to something.

This is the rope you are looking for
This is a great rope and appears to be very durable, although we just got it. The handles feel amazing unlike some other ropes I have tried. We have a garage gym out of which we do personal training. So the 30 foot rope is perfect, particularly since many of our clients would not be able to handle the heavier and longer rope. And the 30 ft rope fits well diagonally in the garage. The outer coating is great and feels well made. There are cheaper ropes out there, but you get what you pay for in most cases. Don't hesitate on this one. If you are looking for a good rope at a decent price, you have found it!

Good value for the money. Would order again.
Love it! I ordered the 30ft./1.5 grip size. It is perfect for my hand grip. I am pretty strong for my petite size. So the 30ft. length (which is half the length when wrapped around a stationary object) is a good length, challenging enough for me to do my battle rope workout. Anything longer would be too much. Anything shorter may not be enough of a workout. If you are a beginner at using the battle rope, my suggestion is to get a size shorter than 30ft. That way you can have a steady workout and not “gas out” too early. And the 2” grip may be tooo wide for the average hands. Especially for females. Love that I can easily transport it. When I plan to use it outdoors. I was able to put mines in a scuba net bag. Love the and anchor strap kit. As I cannot to put a permanent wall anchor for it. I Just need to see how well the wrapped sleeve will last.

This is a "Beast" rope!
We got the 30', 2" due to space limitations, so it is a short beast! Heavier than the one at the gym, great workout rope, can do a variety of exercises and then even do on one leg or kneeling. I like that it hits the back muscles to and is a cardio challenge. Going to use the extra connection strap when we move it from the gym to the garage. Have only used it a few times but I suspect it will last a long time.

Purchased these about six months ago. they have stood the test, there is no peeling or cracking on the nylon sleeve, and the ropes are far better than some I've tried in public gyms. I purchased the long / heavy version, and wow, it makes you stronger. I use them mostly after I move from lifts and into more high intensity, and they do good job to finish your shoulders off and provide some lower body as well. So good to incorporate them on days youre doing Oly lifts. I wouldn't recommend the big diameter if you're a female, unless you have large hands. So overall, great quality, I was surprised. If your into cross-fit or you do more than just bodybuilding, these are a good addition to your gym.

Awesome awesome set up! I was a bit skeptical and worried. But when I got it, I was very impressed! It came with everything described, and easy set up. (like 2 mins literally) So cool! And it came fast, in a few days! All my friends want one now too when they seen it.
