Double check the part number
Fit perfectly and works well. The one from Menards was a tad too big and would not fit no matter how hard I tried. Called Selkirk and got the correct part number and ordered from Amazon. Good price and quick delivery. No complaints

I was told this will fit the "Supervent" line of products form Canada, IT DOES NOT!
I was told by the company selling this product, that it would fit the Canadian made "Supervent" line of products...IT DOES NOT. It is too small of a diameter to lock into the ring properly. However, amazingly it can 'kindof' be used to achieve a temporary fix...it just so happens to slide into the 6 inch adapter and fit JUST inside the other insulated pipe...so with a bit of high temp packing, this will work IN A PINCH, but it does NOT at all rotate and lock in as it should..it just sits there, with about 1/8 inch gap around the radius....I should ask for a refund and return this, and may if/when I can find the correct adapter...I think I have 30 days to return it.

The threads don’t merge with our existing Selkirk chimney but with some compression from another straight pipe it will work. It was all we could find
