This one I bought for my niece

I purposely spent more money to have a new book and this book is not new at all. Corners are worn, pages are folded, and the covers are faded and scratched. The only reason im being anal about this is because I spent the extra to have it new. Do not trust this seller's claimed conditions.

A little beat up but not bad at all.

Not a terrible text book. There’s a strange disconnect between the chapters and how in depth the questions get in the back of each chapter. Another issue is the author expects you to remember all the details as you go so you have to pull a few tricks from your sleeve when working out problems. It’s a little ridiculous and tiresome after an entire semester of this book though.

One of the best books on the elementary knowledge on semiconductor physics. Every basic thing is covered. Worth paying for it. Everything is awesome!
