I’m using this with other herbs to balance my blood pressure and increase my energy.

This has worked well for me. I have taken rhodiola in pill form for years and really enjoyed this. It tastes fine and seems to be a great value. I take this more for anxiety and have not noticed an increase in anxiety since switching to this so that seems to be a good sign. It definitely helps improve my mood and gives an energy focus boost

I’ve been trying different herbal supplements for extra focus and steady energy during the day, and this one ended up working pretty well for me. After using it consistently, I noticed a smoother, more balanced kind of energy — no jitters, no crash, just a calmer sense of alertness. It’s the kind of lift that helps you stay focused and in a better mood without feeling overstimulated. The only downside for me is the taste. I’ve tried similar liquid herbal products in glycerin bases that have a slightly sweet, mild flavor, but this one tastes stronger and a bit harsher. It seems like it may be alcohol-based, so it doesn’t have the pleasant sweetness that some other drops have. It’s not unbearable, but it’s definitely not something you enjoy taking. I just mix it with a little juice or water, and that helps a lot. On the quality side, it still feels like a solid, well-made tincture. The dropper makes it easy to measure the right amount, and the bottle will last quite a while. Even with the taste being on the rougher side, I’ve continued using it because the effects have been positive — clearer focus, better energy throughout the day, and no negative side effects. AND IS IT JUSTIFIABLE? 🔺THAT IS AN ABSOLUTELY MASSIVE JUMP, especially in consumer supplements and recurring purchases. The short answer? Yes—an overnight price increase of over 20% is huge and not justifiable because: ✅ IT FAR EXCEEDS NORMAL COSTS. Typical annual inflation is only around 2–4%, so a 20% jump is easily five to ten times that rate. For a product that hasn’t changed its formula, this kind of increase isn’t usually justified by standard supply or manufacturing costs overnight. ✅ IT BREAKS CUSTOMER TRUST. With supplements and tinctures, we expect some price stability because these are recurring purchases. A sudden 20% change makes me feel like I’m being taken advantage of, and it makes the product’s value feel unstable. ✅ IT CHANGES THE VALUE CATEGORY. Rhodiola has been a long-time favorite of mine because it is an effective adaptogen, which means it works over time to support your body in responding to stressors. I find it particularly helpful during times of illness or high stress. It’s also known for giving a nice boost of energy. 🌿CLINICAL DOSAGE - FORMULATED TO BE EFFECTIVE: The serving size is 0.7 mL, which provides 670 mg of Rhodiola. This dose of 670 mg falls squarely in the THERAPEUTIC RANGE used in clinical studies for acute stress, anxiety, and fighting fatigue. Most studies suggesting strong results use doses between 340 mg and 680 mg per day. Since this product's dose is at the upper end of that clinical range, I would consider this a potent and effective dose, likely intended for periods of higher stress or to achieve a noticeable boost in energy and mental acuity. 🌿TASTE: I like what they've done with this formula. Rhodiola is not known for tasting great, and they use just the right amount of glycerine to make it sweet, but they didn't overdo it and make it sickeningly sweet or syrupy. There’s still a tiny hint of the earthy taste of the Rhodiola, which I actually quite enjoy in this diluted form. 🌿 EFFICACY AND VALUE: It does give me a little boost of energy, and I know it will support my mood over time. Again, I think it tastes good, I find it effective, the formula is well thought out, and they didn't skimp on the dosage. I think it's a good quality, and therefore I consider it a great value for the money. Recommend!

Rhodiola (Rhodiola Rosea) is my favorite herbal go-to for relaxation. I like to use one serving per day usually in late afternoon and I simply use a dropper full of this liquid supplement in a glass of water. I find there is not any taste to speak of and I feel the calming effects within 10 minutes or so. (I know it’s working when I feel that deep relaxing breath happens.) I have used Rhodiola for several years with no ill-effects. Rhodiola is known as an adaptogen which can help the body with stress but I recommend you do your own research especially when taking other medications in addition to Rhodiola. Note: these drops have a calming effect for me but I cannot say how they will work for you. I find these drops to be much more convenient than the capsule form that Rhodiola usually comes in. This bottle has 85 liquid servings which equates to about .15 per serving daily for almost 3 months. I like that this bottle of drops contains only Rhodiola and so I don’t have to worry about and research other ingredients to find out any incompatibilities with my other supplements. These drops are contained in a dark glass bottle, as they should be for best storage, and the use by date stamped on the bottle’s label gives me over 1 year to use these drops.
